I Do Weddings Zoom App Terms of Use

Acceptance

By installing or using the I Do Weddings Zoom App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Purpose

The Zoom Integration allows authorized users to connect their own Zoom account with the I Do Weddings platform in order to create, schedule, manage, and join meetings using their own Zoom account.

Authorization

By connecting your Zoom account, you authorize the I Do Weddings Zoom App to perform the actions permitted by the Zoom permissions you approve. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Zoom account or within the I Do Weddings platform.

User Responsibilities

• Maintain your own Zoom account.
• Comply with Zoom’s Terms of Service.
• Safeguard your Zoom login credentials.
• Ensure you have permission to schedule meetings using your Zoom account.
• Use the application only for lawful purposes.

Restrictions

• Do not attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not reverse engineer the application.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the service.
• Do not use the app for unlawful activities.

Third-Party Services

The Zoom App integrates with Zoom Video Communications, Inc. Users access Zoom services through their own Zoom account. Zoom services are governed by Zoom’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Statement. I Do Weddings does not control the operation, availability, pricing, or policies of Zoom.

Disclaimer

The Zoom App is provided ‘as is’ without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Do Weddings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Zoom App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
