I Do Weddings Zoom App Privacy Policy

Overview

The I Do Weddings Zoom Integration (“Zoom App”) allows authorized users to securely connect their own Zoom account to the I Do Weddings platform. Once connected, users may create, schedule, join, and manage Zoom meetings using their personal or organizational Zoom account directly from within the platform.

Information We Access

• Zoom User ID
• Display name
• Email address
• Meeting ID
• Meeting topic
• Scheduled meeting date and time
• Meeting settings necessary to create or manage meetings
• Other information explicitly permitted by the Zoom scopes you authorize

Your Zoom Account

The Zoom App does not create or provide Zoom accounts. Users are responsible for maintaining their own Zoom account and complying with Zoom’s Terms of Service. All meetings are hosted through the user’s own Zoom account.

Authentication

The Zoom App connects to your Zoom account using Zoom’s secure OAuth authentication process. Your Zoom credentials are never visible to or stored by I Do Weddings.

Data Usage

The Zoom App only accesses information necessary to provide the requested integration features and does not monitor or access your Zoom account beyond the permissions you authorize.

Meeting Content

The Zoom App does not access or store audio, video, recordings, screen sharing, or chat messages unless a future feature specifically requires additional permissions and you expressly authorize those permissions.

Sharing Information

We do not sell or rent your information. Information is shared only with Zoom as necessary to provide requested services, with authorized users within your organization, or when required by law.

Security

Sensitive authentication tokens are encrypted and protected using commercially reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit, secure credential storage, and access controls.
